On-Site Custom Corporate Training: Integrating Project Management & Process Improvement

Integrating Project Management & Process Improvement workshops are designed for those organizations that have many cross—organizational process improvement projects, and need to develop standard procedures. Spanning topics in both project management and process improvement, these nine workshops will help you to implement better functioning processes, facilitating increased efficiency for your organization.

Customized programs or certificates incorporate company-specific case studies and team activities – all related to today's business challenges and needs. Following WPI’s longstanding tradition of balancing theory with practice, the knowledge gained will be immediately applicable in the workplace, allowing your organization to maximize its investment quickly. Participants will earn CEUs and may receive certificates in both Project Management and/or Process Improvement from WPI depending on the customized path chosen.
